Nathaniel has worked in the computer support field for nine years.  He started as a computer technician at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon.  He then went to work for the Office of Information Services for the State of Oregon.  After moving to Indiana in June of 2000, he worked as a technical trainer at the Center for Behavioral Health in Bloomington, Indiana.  In 2001, Nathaniel began work as a computer support technician at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.  After joining the IT staff, DePauw was recognized as the 3rd Most Connected Campus in America by the Princeton Review and Ranked 30th among the Top 50 Most Unwired College Campuses by U.S. News & World Report.  The Information Technology department was awarded the 2003 EDUCAUSE Award for Systemic Progress in Teaching and Learning, a 2003 Mira Award from TechPoint and was named a New Media Center by the New MediaConsortium.  Individually, Nathaniel was awarded DePauw’s 361 Top Innovator Award in 2002 for his work with online technical support initiatives.  In July of 2006 Nathaniel moved to South Carolina and now works as a PC Specialist at Wofford College.  Nathaniel also ran the weekly UniversityTech podcast, focusing on technology in education with more than 150,000 downloads during its run from listeners all over the world.  Nathaniel is CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified.
